WEST LINCOLN MASSAGE THERAPY - It feels nice to be kneaded...
COVID-19

Due to the recent pandemic COVID-19, there have been many new protocols put into place.  Following all the guidelines from the Chief medical office, public health as well as the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) here are some of the new changes you can expect :

You must wear a mask for the entire time you are here, including during your treatment. I will also be wearing a medical grade mask at all times. Upon arrival you will be greeted at the door with hand sanitizer. You will place your shoes in a sanitized bin with a lid. We will go through a question screening period. You will be asked to sign consent with regards to COVID 19. You will be escorted to the massage room. I will open the door. The washroom will be available if needed, but i ask that you show up prepared for your treatment. You will notice some changes to the treatment room. I will wash my hands and arms as to hand hygiene protocol. I will knock as per usual. Once you are ready we will begin treatment. I will be using a touch less oil dispenser. There will be minimal talking during treatment to prevent droplets from either one of us. We will only discuss what is necessary for your treatment. Once the treatment is complete, I will leave the treatment room to wash my hands. Once you are ready to leave, you will let me know verbally, and I will open the door, walk you to the exit door, and open that door as well.

I can assure you that all cleaning and disinfecting is done to every protocol that is set out by public health.  You will notice there is plenty of time in between patients to allow for proper cleaning.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
